Perfect
I was a bit skeptical at first, but it was perfect. I had actually purchased the smaller bottle, and purchased this one shortly after.
I take Turmeric and Coconut oil
I take Turmeric and Coconut oil, because I heard this is also meant to help with absorption. I don't know how true that is, but I figured it couldn't hurt. I have a lot more energy in the morning. Turmeric is said to boost dopamine in your brain, so this may have been why I had more energy and was in a better mood every morning? Plus the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric help me to recover from my workouts even faster. Turmeric has a pretty potent taste, thats why I am very happy that I found Tonik.
19 times stronger?
I was curious when I heard that Toniks Curcumin has 19 times the Curcumin content of the ground turmeric spice. With 750mg of Curcuminoid/Rhizome (the active ingredient in turmeric) I started taking 2 a day. After my bottle run out I had to repurchase as I felt my digestion had improved and I found that I have more energy during the day.

I have 3 herniated discs in my lower back from a sports injury. I have tried everything, even other turmeric supplements but this one is the best. I take 1 morning and night and to be honest my back pain has nearly gone, i have forgotten to take them some days and definilty notice the pain when I miss taking these. Have told my doctor about them and even he is impressed at the results, cheers guys fantastic product!
No need for painkillers
I've been reading the benefits of Turmeric for a long time. I finally got motivated to try and get healthy. It's not easy for me to walk around, but I try every day. So I decided along with my Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules, I'm going to take Turmeric as well. My back and joints feel so much better! I still can't believe it!
