Hair, Skin & Nails
Taking two coconut capsules and two ACV capsules daily has helped my hair and skin as well as my nails. Hair is shiny. My nails used to be very thin, they have started improving and I can't keep up cutting them.
Very convenient capsules - this is my second Tonik
This product has been very easy to swallow with no oily aftertaste. It is a little too early for me to tell the exact benefits (I just started about 8 days ago) This is my first time using it. However, the other product I have used from the company (Turmeric) has proven to be great for inflammation.
BEST!
I have been taking these since 2016. If I don't order in time my skin feels dryer than usual and my energy levels drop. HUGE difference! Can't be without it anymore.

My skin clinic recommended
I tried Virgin Coconut Oil and found after about two weeks, some improvement in my rosacea, although by 4 weeks I noticed my flushing was persistent and pimples were better under control.
